Has my order been dispatched yet?
Most orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 days (Excludes weekend), sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us on edenangel.uk@gmail.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 2 to 4 days before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system.
My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?
If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, send them to edenangel.uk@gmail.com. We will arrange a new shipment in 24 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packages. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order. If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn’t already been shipped.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There’s a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.
I don’t have a tracking number, when will I get it?
When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us for an update on your tracking.
My order is still not here please help?
If you order has taken longer than 60 days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email edenangel.uk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
My order is being returned to sender, what happens now?
If this happens, it’s usually due to you enter an insufficient address or if you’ve not collected your parcel from a nearby post office in the timeframe specified.
If the package it’s being returned to us, please be aware that the original shipping costs for your order are non-refundable, and you will have to purchase a new shipping label.
I have set a wrong shipping address or wrong item
Please contact us as soon as possible! Once the order has shipped, we are not responsible for the losses, shipping, or refunds.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, contact us and we’ll get this resolved as soon as possible.
